NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 6th October 1965
G.S.R. 1500.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 6 of the Aircraft Act, 1934, the Central Government hereby orders that the Schedule annexed to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Civil Aviation No. G.S.R. 1351, dated the 11th September, 1965 be subs- tituted by the following schedule, namely: —

2. Indian airspace.
All aircraft entering India from any direction and all aircraft operat- ing within the Indian airspace must comply with instructions regarding the route to be flown, entry point, point of landing in India and position reporting as notified from time to time by the Director General of Civil Aviation in Class I Notams."
