NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 13th October 1965
SO 3250.-In pursuance of the provisions of sub - clause ( 4 ) of clause 4 of the Scarce Industrial Materials ( Control ) Order , 1965 , and in continuation of the notification of the Government of Indiu in the Ministry of Steel and Mines , Depart- ment of Mines and Metals No SO 2923 dated the 18th September , 1965 , the Cen- tral Government hereby makes the following order , namely
Every person who holds stock of any scarce industrial material for the purpose of consumption in any industrial undertaking may continue to use such scarce industrial maternal in such industrial undertaking upto the 30th October , 1965 , subject to the following conditions
( 1) that the consumption of such scarce industrial matenal upto the said period shall not exceed the monthly average rate of consumption of the scarce industrial maternal by the concerned industrial undertaking calculated at the average rate of consumption during the preceding three months , and
( ii ) that where rolling of brass or copper is undertaken , such scarce indus- trial material shall be used only for the manufacture of strips and not for sheets or circles
