EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 15th October 1965
SUBJECT : -Export of de - oiled groundnut cake ( extractions )
manu- No. 12 - ETC ( PN ) /65.-Attention of the Public is drawn to the Public Notice No. 7 - ETC ( PN ) / 65 , dated the 21st July , 1965, in regard to export of de - oiled groundnut cake ( extractions ) . It has now been decided that the export of this commodity will also be allowed by Export Houses constituted by the facturer - exporters of this commodity and the State Trading Corporation . The State Trading Corporation will only afford facility for the export of de - oiled groundnut cake ( extractions ) to such of the manufacturer - exporters of this item who would like to utilise its services in this behalf .
2. It has also been decided to omit the words " or approved by the Develop- ment Commissioner , Small Scale Industries " appearing in para 1 of the Public Notice referred to above . In other words , export of this item to the manufac- turer - exporters approved by the Development Commissioner , Small Scale Indus- tries will not be permitted .
3. The above order comes into force with immediate effect .
