NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi , the 15th October 1965
G.S.R. 1540.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 642, read with sub - section ( 5) of section 10E , of the Companies Act , 1956 ( 1 of 1956 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Company Law Board ( Procedure ) Rules , 1964 , namely ,-
1. These rules may be called the Company Law Board ( Procedure ) (Amend- ment) Rules , 1965 . 2. For rule 3 of the Company Law Board ( Procedure) Rules , 1964 , the following rule shall be substituted , namely,-
"3. Distribution of business. The distribution of the business of the Board among the Chairman and other members shall be regulated in accord- ance with the order issued under sub - section ( 4A ) of section 10E of the Act ."

G.8.R. 1541.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) of section 10E of the Companies Act , 1956 ( 1 of 1956 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri G. R. Bal to be a Member of the Company Law Board , and makes the follow- ing amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. G.S.R. 177 dated 1st February , 1964 , namely:
In the said notification , in clause ( a) , the word ' and' occurring against entry ( 2 ) shall be omitted and after that entry , the following entry shall be inserted , namely: "( 3 ) Shri G. R. Bal ; and "
