New Delhi , the 19th October 1965
S.O. 3330. In pursuance of the provisions of sub - clause ( 3 ) of clause 4 of the Scarce Industrial Materials ( Control ) Order , 1965 , the Controller hereby prescribes , with the approval of the Central Government , the following forms of permit for the acquisition , use , sale or disposal of any scarce industrial material , namely :-
