S.O. 3331.- In pursuance of clause ( 4) of section 10 of the Income - tax Act , 1961 ( 43 of 1961 ) , the Central Government hereby specifies the following securities for the purposes of that clause , namely :-
( 1) 44 per cent . National Defence Loan , 1968 .
( ii ) 44 per cent . National Defence Loan , 1972 .
