NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi , the 28th October , 1965
S.O. 3406. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection ) Act , 1963 ( 22 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Export of Cast Iron Soll Pipes (Inspection ) Rules , 1965 , namely:-
1. These rules may be called the Export of Cast Iron Soil Pipes ( Inspection ) Amendment Rules , 1965 .
2. In the Export of Cast Iron Soll Pipes ( Inspection ) Rules , 1965 , after rule 1, the following rule shall be inserted , namely:-
" 1A . Definition.-" cast iron soil pipes " means cast iron soil pipes, including fittings such as bends , elbows and tees ."

8.0. 3407. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection ) Act , 1963 ( 22 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 2425 , dated 2nd August, 1965, namely:-
In the said notification, for the words, brackets , letters and figures " the Superintendence Co.Co of India (P)( P ) Ltd. , Calcutta and ( iv ) the Inspection and Testing Co. ( India) ( P) Ltd. , Calcutta , " , the words . brackets , letters and figures the Itlab Engineering ( P ) Ltd. , Bombay ; (iv) the Cargo Inspectors and Superintendence Co. ( P ) Ltd. , Bombay; (v) the Superintendence Co. of India ( P) Ltd. , Calcutta and ( vi ) the Inspection and Testing Co. (India) (P) Ltd. , Calcutta " shall be substituted .
