S.O. 3409.-In partial modification of the Ministry of Commerce Order No. S.O. 3156 , dated the 6th October , 1965 , published in the Gazette of India Extra- ordinary , Part II , Section 3 , sub - section ( ii ) , dated the 6th October , 1965 , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri G. V. Bedekar as Chairman of the body of persons apjpointed to enquire into the affairs of the India United Mills , Bombay in the place of Shri R. C. Cooper .
