NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 1st November 1965
S.O. 3411.- Whereas the Central Government is of opinion that the continued existence of the Commission of Inquiry appointed by that Government in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act , 1952 (60 of 1952 ) [ by notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture ( Department of Food) No. S.O. 2670 dated the 3rd August, 1964 ] for the purpose of making an inquiry into certain matters connected with sugar and sugar industry is now unnecessary as the said Commission has submitted its report ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the Commission aforesaid shall cease to exist with effect from the 1st November , 1965 .
