New Delhi, the 1st. November 1965
No F 7(14)-NS/65.—The President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Post Office Savings Bank (Cumulative Time Deposits) Rules, 1959 published with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Economic Affairs) No. F. 3(40)NS/58 dated the 19th December, 1958, namely:—
1. These rules may be called the Post Office Savings Bank (Cumulative Time Deposits) Fourth Amendment Rules. 1965.
2, In the Post Office Savings Bank (Cumulative Time Deposits) Rules, 1953,
(a) in rule 8A, for sub-rule (2), the following sub-rule shall be substituted, namely:—
"(2) Accounts maturing after the 1st April, 1965, shall also be entitled to the bonus specified in Table IB."
