SUBJECT .—Scheme for the licensing of cotton textiles for export to Italy from, India—Quota for 1065.
No. PN(Otaly Licensing)/2 of 1965.—Attention is invited to the Government of India, Ministry of Commerce, Public Notice No. P. N. (Italy Licensing)/1 of 1965 dated the 22nd September, 1965, on the subject mentioned above.
2. The two categories of cotton textiles mentioned in paragraph 1 of the above Public Notice which will require an export licence may be read as under: —

fii) Bleached woven fabrics of cotton (other than (a) gauze point and (b) sponge type), containing at least 85 per cent of cotton, and weighing more than 165 grams per sq. metre, plain and not mercerised.
