EXPORT TRADE CONTRO
New Delhi , the 10th November 1965
SO 3544. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports ( Control ) Act 1947 (18 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to the Exports ( Control ) Order , 1962 , namely
In Part B of Schedule I to the said Order for entry ( v1 ) of item 16 the follow- ing shall be substituted-
" ( vi ) Fxport to Italy of
( i ) Grey woven fabrics of cotton [other than ( a ) gauze point and ( b ) sponge type ] containing at least 85 per cent of cotton , and weigh- ing more than 165 grams per sq metre plain , not mercerised . and excluding the following
(1) those for blankets ;
( 2 ) cambrics ;
(3 ) nansook and
(4) muslin for embroiderics ,
( in) Bleached woven fabrics of cotton [ other than ( a ) gauze roint and (b ) sponge typel , containing at least 85 per cent of cotton , and weighing more than 165 grams por sq metre , plain and not merce- rised "
