New Delhi , the 12th November 1965
G.S.R. 1656.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to amend the Delhi Roller Mills Wheat Products ( Retail Price- Control) Order , 1965 , namely: -
1. Short Title , Extent and Commencement .-( 1 ) This Order may be called the Delhi Roller Mills Wheat Products ( Retail PricePrice Control ) Amendment Order , 1965 .
(2) It extends to the whole of the Union territory of Delhi .
(3) It shall come into force on the 15th day of November, 1965 .
2. In the Delhi Roller Mil's Wheat Products ( Retail Price Control ) Order .. 1663-
( i) for clause 3, the following clause shall be substituted , namely ,
9..Marimum Retail Prices of Roller Mill Wheat Prostucts-
No person shall se'l or offer for sale, in retail, any wheat product : specified below manufactured in roller mills at a price exceed-- ing thethe price noted against it , namely:-
Buti ( or Rawa)

Clarificatory Note. The following is a clarificatory note and does not form part of this Order .
The effect of this amendment would be to raise by 2 paise per kilogram the maximum retail prices of wheat products manufactured by roller flour mills in Delhi consequent on the revision of prices of imported wheat issued to roller flour mills .

G.S.R. 1657. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Roller Mills Wheat Products (Price Con- trol) Order , 1965 , namely : -
1. Short Title , Extent and Commencement .- ( 1 ) This Order may be called the Roller Mills Wheat Products ( Price Control ) Fifth Amendment Order , 1965 . ( 2) It extends to the States of Andhra Pradesh , Assam , Bihar , Gujarat , Kerala, Madhya Pradesh , Madras , Maharashtra, Mysore ,Mysore, Orissa,Orissa, Punjab , Rajas- than , Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal and the Union territory of Delhi
(3 ) It shall come into force on the 15th day of November , 1965 .
2. In the Roller Mills Wheat Products ( Price Control ) Order , 1965 ,-
( 1 ) for Table I , the following Table shall be substituted , namely :-

Clarificatory Note. The following is a clarificatory note and does not form part of this Order .
The statutory ex - mill prices of wheat products manufactured by roller flour mills have been increased by Rs . 2.00 per quintal with effect from the 15th November , 1965, consequentconsequent on the revision of issue prices of imported wheat from Rs . 48.00 to Rs . 50.00 per quintal .

G.S.R. 1658.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that the powers conferred on it by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the said Act to make orders to provide for the matters specified in clause ( d) of sub- section ( 2) of that section , shall ,11, in relation to regulation of movementment of foodgrains , be exerciseable also by the Government of the State of Rajasthan within its jurisdic- tion:
Provided that such power shall be exercised by the said Government accord- ing to such directions , if any , as may be issued by the Central Government in this behalf .
2. The provisions of this Order shall have eflect notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture ( Department of Food ) No. G.S.R. 888, dated the 28th June, 1961 .
