S.O. 3610.—In partial modification of the Ministry of Commerce Order No. S.O. 3098 dated the 29th September, 1965, published in the Gazette of India Extraordi- nary, Part II, Section 3 Sub-section (ii), dated the 29th September, 1965, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri C. H. Desai, as Chairman of the body of persons appointed to enquire into the affairs of the Shree Durga Cotton Mills (Kadi) Private Ltd.. Kadi (North Gujarat) in the place of Shri N. V. Ullal.

S.O. 3611.—Whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that there has been, or is likely to be, a substantial fall in the volume of production in respect of cotton textiles manufactured in the industrial undertaking known as the Sri Bharathi Mills Ltd., Pondicherry, for which, having regard to the economic conditions prevailing, there is no justification:
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 15 of the In- dustries (Development and Regulation) Act. 1951 (65 of 1951). the Central Gov- ernment hereby appoints, for the purpose of making a full and complete investi- gation into the circumstances of the case, a body of persons consisting of: —
