ORDER
New Delhi , the 19th November 1965
S.O. 3615. In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 126U of the Defence of India Rules . 1962 , the Central Government , being of the opinion that it is neces- sary and expedient in the public interest so to do . hereby directs that in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue ) No. S.O. 3403 , dated the 26th October , 1965 , for clauses ( i ) to ( lii ) , the following shall be substituted , namely :-
" ( 1 ) the offices of the Reserve Bank of India at Bangalore . Bombay , Calcutta , Madras , Nagpur and New Delhi ,
( ii ) the branches of the State Bank of India in India ,
( iii) the branches of the subsidiary banks of the State Bank of India except the State Bank of Mysore at Anandapuram , and
( iv ) any other place which the Central Government may specify in this behalf, " .
This Order shall be decmed to have come into force on the 6th November , 1965 .
