ORDER
New Delhi , the 20th November 1965
No. 12 /43/65 - E.Pty . In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 133V of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 , and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf and in continuation of the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. 12 /43/ 65 - E.Pty . , dated the 11th November , 1965 , the Central Government hereby requires the Manager, State Bank of India, London , and every other officer , employee and person in possession , custody or control of the documents , accounts , papers and records specified in the Schedule hereto annexed to produce the same forthwith to the First Secretary ( Consular ) , High Com- mission of India , London , for being kept by him for the use of the Custodian of Enemy Property for India .
THE SCHEDUL
All documents , accounts , writings , correspondence , records and instruments in connection with or pertaining to the import of jute from Pakistan to India and all financial transactions in relation thereto which are or may hereafter be in the possession , custody or control of the State Bank of India, London, and which may pertain or relate to the matters and things specified in the said Order No. 12/43/ 85- E: Pty. , dated the 11th November , 1965 .
