New Delhi , the 26th November 1965
S.O. 3711. The following Order made by the President on November 26 , 1965 . is published for general information : --
ORDER
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( 3 ) of article 77 of the Consti- tution , the President hereby , makes the following amendments in the Government of India (Allocation of Business ) Rules , 1961 , namely:-
In the said Rules , in the Second Schedule ,
1. under the heading . " Ministry of Rehabilitation" ,
( a) after entry 12 , the following entry shall be inserted namely :-
" 12A . Matters relating to the Goa, Daman and Diu Administration of Evacuee Property Act , 1964 " ; and
(b ) for entry 21A . the following entry shall be substituted , namely:-
"21A . Relief and Rehabilitation measures for Indian nationals repatriat- ed from Burma , Ceylon and Mozambique . "
