G.S.R. 1791.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 410 of the Com- panies Act , 1956 ( 1 of 1956 ) , the Central Government hereby constitutes an Advisory Committee for a period of one year with effect from 1st December , 1965 consisting of the following members , namely: -
