S.O. 3784.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) of section 1 of the North- East Frontier Agency ( Administration ) Regulation, 1965 ( 7 of 1965 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the first day of December, 1965 , as the date on which the said Regulation shall come into force .
