In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 11 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962 ) , the Central Governmentent hereby rescinds the Notification of Government of India in thethe Ministry of Finance ( Depart- ment of Revenue ) , No. G.S.R. 1385 dated the 14th September, 1965 .
