G.S.R. 1822.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 3 of the Rajya Sabha Secretariat (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Pules, 1957, the Chairman, after consultation with the Ministry of Finance, hereby makes the following further amendments in the First Schedule to those Rules with effect from the 1st December, 1965, namely:—
In the First Schedule to the said Rules, under the heading "Class II—
Gazetted"—
(i) after the entries relating to item "5, Chief Reporter", the following entries shall be inserted, namely:—

G.S.R. 1824.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause fd) of rule 8 of the Rajya Sabha Secretariat (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1B57, the Chairman, after consultation with the Ministry of Finance, hereby makes the following further amendment in the Second Schedule to those Rules with effect irom the 1st December, 1985, namely:—
In the Second Schedule to the said Rules, under tho heading "Class II— Gazetted" in the third column showing the "pay or scale of pay otherwise admissible" against item "6. Chief Reporter", for the figures and words "350— 25—500—EB—30—650—EB—30—800 plus special pay of Its. 100 p.m.", the figures and words "700—40—1,100 phis special pay of Rs. 100 p.m." shall be substituted.
