SUBJECT:— U.S. AID Programme—chartering of Ocean Vessels and embargo on certain vessels for transport of AID financed goods.
No. 106-ITC(PN)/65.—It has been decided to make the following additions/ deletions in the list of vessels declared as ineligible to carry AID-financed goods attached to the Ministry of Commerce, Public Notice No. 72-ITC(PN)/63 dated 21st August 1965 as amended by Public Notices No. 89-ITC(PN)/65 dated 26th October 1965 and No. 99-lTC(PN)/65 dated 19th November 1965.
