New Delhi , the 10th December 1965
G.S.R. 1833. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Defence of India Act,ct, 1962 ( 51 of 1962 ) , the Central Governmentovernment hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Defence of India Rules , 1962 , namely :-
1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Defence of India ( Sixth Amendment ) Rules, 1965 .
( 2 ) They shall come into force at once .
2. In clause ( c) of sub - rule ( 3 ) of rule 125 of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 , for the word " food -grains " , wherever it occurs , the words " food - grains , edible oil seeds or edible oils " shall be substituted .
