NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 13th December 1965
S.O. 3856.-In pursuance of clause ( v) of rule 1 of the Second Schedule to the Companies ( Profits ) Surtax Act , 1964 ( 7 of 1964 ) , the Centra' Government hereby notifies the following financial institutions for the purposes of the said clause in respect of the assessment year commencing on and from the 1st day of April , 1964 , and any subsequent assessment year , namely : -
1 The Industrial Development Bank of Indla , established under the indus- trial Development Bank of India Act . 1964 ( 18 of 1964 ) .
2. All State Financial Corporations established under the State Financial Co porations Act , 1951 ( 63 of 1951 ) .
3. The Madras Industrial and Investment Corporation of India , Limited .
4. The Refinance Corporation for Industry , Limited .
