G.S.R. 1860.—In pursuance of the provisions of clause 5 of the Delhi specified Foodstuffs (Declaration and Prohibition of Sale) Order, 1965, the Central Gov- ernment, having regard to—
(a) the ex-mill prices fixed for wheat products in the Roller Mills Wheat Products (Price Control) Order, 1965,
(b) the maximum wholesale and retail prices of rice fixed in the Delhi Rice (Price Control) Order, 1964,
(c) the average of three months' wholesale market price of indigenous
