The following Act of Parliament received the assent of the President on the 17th December , 1965, and is hereby published for general information :-
THE UNION DUTIES OF EXCISE ( DISTRIBUTION) AMENDMENT ACT , 1965
No. 47 OF 1965

An Act further to amend the Union Duties of Excise (Distribution ) Act , 1962.
BE it enacted by Parliament in the Sixteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows: -
1. ( 1 ) This Act may be called the Union Duties of Excise ( Distri- Short bution) Amendment Act , 1965 .
(2) It shall come into force on the 1st day of April , 1966.
