ORDER
New Delhi, the 24th December 1965
S.O. 3986/IDRA/18G/65.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18G of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Cement Control Order, 1961, namely:—
1. This Order may be called the Cement Control (Sixteenth Amendment) Order, 1965.
2. In the Schedule to the Cement Control Order, 1961, in the Table below paragraph (C) the entries against Serial Nos. 1, 2 and 4 shall be amended as follows, namely:—
