New Delhi , the 29th December 1965
G.S.R. 1895 / Ess . Com./Sugarcane.--In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 3 of the Sugarcane ( Control ) Order , 1955 , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture ( Department of Food ) No. G.S.R. 1633 / Ess.Com./ Sugarcane , dated the 4th November , 1965 , namely:-
In the Schedule to the said notification , under the heading " Madras " , after Serial No. 12 and the entries relating thereto the following Serial No. and entries shall be inserted , namely : --
