ORDER
New Delhi, the 30th December 1905
S.O. 3991/IDRA/18G/65.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18G of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Cement Control Order 1961, namely:—
1. This Order may be called the Cement Control (Seventeenth Amendment) Order 1965.
2. In the Schedule to the Cement Control Order 1961, in the Table below paragraph (C) in the entry against Serial No. 2, add the following entry at the end, namely:—
