S.O. 161.—The following Order made by the President on January 5, 1966, is published for general information:-
ORDER
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitu- tion, the President hereby makes the following amendments in the Government of India (Allocation of Business') Rules, 1961, namely:—
In the said Rules, in the Second Schedule,
1. under the heading, "Ministry of Education", for entry 47, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:—
(j I H.L GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY [CAKT U - S I C. 3 (tt)' 2. under the beading, "Ministry of Information and Broadcasting", after entry 22, thi1 following entry shall be inserted, namely:—"22A. Financial assistance to distinguished musicians, both vocal and instrumental, dancei'i and dramatists who have contributed sub- stantially to the success of All India Radio and other Units of this Ministry, or th^ir survivors in indigent circumstances."
