S.O. 163.-In partial modification of the Ministry of Commerce Order No. S.O. 3611, dated the 16th November, 1965, published in the Gazette of India Extra- ordinary , Part II , Section 3 Sub - section ( 11 ) , dated the 16th November , 1965 , the Central Government hereby appoints a body of persons consisting of the following in place of the body of persons mentioned in the sald Order , to enquire into the affairs of the Shri Bharathi Mills Limited , Pondicherry :--
