S.O. 163.-In partial modification of the Ministry of Commerce Order No. S.O. 3611 , dated the 16th November , 1965 , published in the Gazette of India Extra- ordinary, Part II , Section 3 Sub - section ( ii ) , dated the 16th November , 1965 , the Central Government hereby appoints a body of persons consisting of the following in place of the body of persons mentioned in the said Order , to enquire into the affairs of the Shri Bharathi Mills Limited , Pondicherry :-
