IMPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 13th January 1966
SUBJECT : -Export Promotion Scheme for Agarbathies and Chandan Dhoop- Inclu- sion of items under the-
No. 7 - ITC ( PN ) / 66 .-Attention is invited to Item No. 19 of Annexure 11 to Ap- pendix 23 of the ITC Policy Book for the period April '65-March '66 published vide Public Notice No. 56 - ITC ( PN ) /65 , dated the 22nd July , 1965.
2. It has been decided to allow import of Musk Ambrette and Musk Xylol against the export of Agarbathies upto the extent of 1 % ( one percent) of the f.o.b. export value within the overall import entitlement . The following entry is made in Column 7 against item No. 19 of Annexure II to Appendix 23 of the current Red Book :-
" ( iv) Import of Musk Ambrette and Musk Xylol be allowed against export of Agarbathies upto the extent of 1 % ( one percent ) of the fob. export value within the overall entitlement of 25 % . "
3. The above instructions will apply to exports made on or after 1st December , 1965.
