New Delhi , the 14th January 1966
No. 436 (2 ) -D.III / 66 .-The Government of India announce with deep regret the death of His Excellency Mr. Mohammad Kabir Ludin, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Afghanis- tan in India, on the 14th January , 1966 .
His Excellency Mr. Mohammad Kabir Ludin had been Ambas- sador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Afghanistan in India since the 5th December , 1964 .
The Government of India place on record their profound sense of sorrow on the sad demise of a diplomat of high distinction and personal charm . They have conveyed to His Majesty the King , the Government of Afghanistan and to the bereaved family their deepest sympathy.
