ORDER
New Delhi , the 17th January 1966
G.S.R. 104.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Forei Act, 1946 (31 of 1946 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order, namely:-
1. ( 1 ) This Order may be called the Foreigners ( Restriction on Pakistani... Nationals ) ( Amendment ) Order, 1966 .
( 2) It shall come into force at once.
2. In the Foreigners ( Restriction on Pakistani Nationals ) . Order , 1985 (herein after referred to as the said Order ) , in paragraph 3-
( i ) for the words " Save as otherwise provided in this Order , no Pakist national" , the words " No Pakistani national " shall be substituted ( li ) after the proviso , the following proviso shall be inserted , namely: "Provided further that nothing in this paragraph shall apply to .. Pakistani national employed in a Pakistani Diplomatic or Conmar Mission in India or the wife or any child of any such person.
3. Paragraph 4 of the said Order shall be omitted .
