ORDER
New Delhi , the 17th January 1966
G.S.R. 104. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Foreignes Act, 1946 (31 of 1946 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order , namely:
1. ( 1 ) This Order may be called the Foreigners ( Restriction on Pakistani Nationals ) ( Amendment ) Order , 1966.
( 2) It shall come into force at once .
2.In the Foreigners ( Restriction on Pakistani Nationals ) Order , 1965 ( hepad after referred to as the said Order ) , in paragraph 3-
( 1 ) for the words " Save as otherwise provided in this Order , no Pakistani national " , the words "No Pakistani national " shall be substituted ( ii ) after the proviso , the following proviso shall be inserted , namely "Provided further that nothing in this paragraph shall apply te Pakistani national employed in a Pakistani Diplomatic or Consuet Mission in India or the wife or any child of any such person, 3. Paragraph 4 of the said Order shall be omitted .
