G.S.R. 134. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1935 ( 10 of 1955 ) and sub - clause ( 4 ) of clause 3 of the Madhya Pradesh Rice Procurement ( Levy ) Order , 1900 , the Central Government hereby varies , with effect from the date of publication of this Order in the Gazette of India, the percentage of rice required to be so'd to the Purchase Officer under sub- uses ( 1 ) ( b ) , ( 2 ) ( b ) and ( 2A ) of clause 3 of that Order, from 60 per cent to clauses 100 per cent .
