S.O. 300.-In partial modification of the Ministry of Commerce Order No. S.O. 3993 dated the 31st December 1965 , published in the Gazette of India Extra- ordinary , Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii ) , dated the 31st December , 1965 , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri A. K. Das Gupta , as member -secretary of the body of persons appointed to enquire into the affairs of M / s Bangeswari Cotton Mills Ltd. , Sreerampur ( West Bengal ) in the place of Shri Y. L. N. Achar .
