NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 28th January 1966
G.S.R. 155 .--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 2 ) of rule 125 of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 , and clause 6 of the Sugar ( Control ) Order , 1963 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of Food ) No. G.S.R. 1145 , dated the 6th August , 1965 , namely : -- In the said notification , in Schedule III ,-
( i ) under the heading " West Uttar Pradesh " , in " Part C" after Serial No. 15 and the entry relating thereto , the following Serial No. and entry shall be inserted , namely :-
"16. The Kisan Cooperative Sugar Factory Ltd. , Majhola , Distt . Pilibhit";
( il ) under the heading "Madras " , after Serial No. 13 and the entry relat- ing thereto , the following Serial No. and entry shall be inserted , namely :-
" 14. Aruna Sugars Ltd. , Pennadam , Distt . South Arcot" .
