New Delhi . the 28th January 1966
G.S.R. 157. In pursuance of the provisions of clause 5 of the Delhi Specified Foodstuffs ( Declaration and Prohibition of Sale ) Order , 1965 , the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Order of the Cen- tral Government in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture ( Department of Food ) .S.R. 1860 dated the 13th December , 1965 , namely :-
2. In the Sahedule to the said Order , under the heading III Wheat , after sub - item (il) relating to imported wheat , the following Note shall be inserted, namely :-
NOTE. In respect of imported wheat purchased by any declarant from the Central Reserve Depots prior to 15th November , 1965. the price of such wheat for the purposes of this order , shall be Rs . 43-38 quintal. per
