ORDER
New Delhi , the 28th January 1966
G.S.R. 157. In pursuance of the provisions of clause 5 of the Delhi Specified Foodstuffs (Declaration and Prohibition of Sale ) Order , 1965 , the Central Govern- mant hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Order of the Cen- tral Government in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture ( Department of Food ) Q.S.R. 1860 dated the 13th December , 1965 , namely: -
2. In the Schedule to the said Order , under the heading III Wheat , after sub - item ( M) relating to imported wheat , the following Note shall be inserted , namely :-
NOTE. In respect of imported wheat purchased by any declarant from the Central Reserve Depots prior to 15th November . 1965 , the price of such wheat for the purposes of this order , shall be Rs . 43-38 per quintal .
