SUBJECT: -E.P. Scheme for Ship Repairing Revision of
No. 23 - ITC ( PN ) /66.-Attention is invited to item No. 9 of Annexure II to Appendix 23 of the I.T.C. policy book for the period April 1965-March 1966 published vide Public Notice No. 56- ITC (PN ) / 65 , dated 22nd July , 1965.
2. It has been decided to substitute the item No. 9 of Annexure II to Appendix 23 by the following:-

The Scheme wil cover repairs , etc. only to vesaci under non - Indian flag, calling at Indian ports for repairs , & will be allowed only registered work- shops /yards . to 20 % of the value of repairs includ- repairing the cost of materials/Com- ponents/parts, paid for in foreign exchange or In- dian rupees ob- tained from ex- change of foreign currency.
