New Delhi , the 1st February 1966
No. 15 / 4 / 61 / E.1 .- In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 131 -A of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 , the Central Government hereby makes the follow ing amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Com- merce No. 1/65 dated the 10th September , 1965 , published in Part I. Section I , of the Gazttte of India , Extraordinary , dated the 10th September , 1965 , namely :-
In the said Order, the following proviso shall be added at the end , namely : - "Provided that nothing in this Order shall apply to the import and export of all goods from and to Afghanistan through Pakistan ." .
