S.O. 426.—The following Order, made by the President on February 1, 1P66
is published for general information:—
ORDER
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Con-
stitution, the President hereby makes, with immediate effect, the following
amendments in the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules 1961
namely:—
In the said Rules, in the Second Schedule,
(1) under the heading "Ministry of Education", after entry 70, the follow-
ing entry shall be inserted, namely:—
"70A. Revision of Gazetteers.";

The Muslim Wakfs Act, 1954- 29. Work in respect of Wakf properties under the Administration of Evacuee Prpperty Act, "1950.

30. Administration of Dargah Khawaja Saheb Act, 1965.* (4) under the heading "Ministry of Labour, Employment and !hehabili- tation", under sub-heading "A. Department of Labour and Employ- ment",
(a) after entry 5 in 'Part II—Concurrent Subjects', the following entry shall be inserted, namely;— "5A. Unemployment insurance."; and
(b) after entry 25 in 'Part V—Miscellaneous Business', the following entry shall be inserted, namely:—
"25A- Administration of the Employees' State Insurance Act, the Employees' Provident Funds Act and Cqal Mines Provident Fund Act."
(5) under the heading "Ministry of Law", under aub-heading "C. Depart- ment of Company Affairs", entries 2 and 3 shall be omitted;
(6) under the heading "Ministry of Petroleum and Chemicals", under sub-heading "B. Department of Chemicals", the section "Other Sub- jects" and all the entries thereunder, namely, entries 18, 19, 21 and 22, shall be omitted; and
(7) under the heading "Department of Social Welfare"
(a) entry 12 shall be omitted; and
(b) for entry 13, the following entry shall be Buhulllutid numa^y: —
"13. Social security measures."
