ORDER
New Delhi , the 5th February 1966
G.S.R. 211.-In-In exercise of the powers corconferred by sub - rulerule ( 2 ) and sub- rule ( 3 ) of rule 125 of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 andand of all other powers enabling it in this behalf , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to amend the Delhi Rationed Articles ( Movement Control ) Order , 1965 , namely:-
1. This order may be called the Delhi Rationed Articles ( Movement Control ) Amendment Order , 1966 .
2. In sub - clause ( a) of clause 2 of the Delhi Rationed Articles ( Movement Control ) Order , 1965. after the word " Delhi , " the following words shall be insert- ed , namely :
"and includes any other officer authorized by the Chief Controller to exercise all or any of the powers of the Chief Controller under this Order." .
