In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 13B and sub - section ( 1 ) of section 13C of the Representation of the People Act , 1950 the Election Commission hereby designates the Secretary to the Administra- tor , Dadra and Nagar Haveli , as the Electoral Registration Officer , and the Mamlatdar , Dadra and Nagar Haveli . as the Assistant Electoral Registration Officer, for the Dadra and Nagar Haveli Parliamentary constituency .
