IMPORT TRADE CONTROL .

SUBJECT . Registration Numbers . Scheme Principles governing allotment of I.V.C.
No 27 - ITC ( PN ) /66.-Attention is invited to the principles and procedure re lating to the allotment of I.V.C. Registration /Exemption Numbers as contained in Appendix 3 of the Import Trade Control Hand Book of Rules and Procedure 1964, and amended vide Public Notice No. 56 - ITC ( PN ) 64 dated 13th July, 1964.
2. The following further amendments may be deemed to have been made in Appendix 3 of the Import Trade Control Hand Book of Rules and Procedure 1964:-
(a) In para 8 ( b ) ( ii ) , delete the words "and certificate" ;
(b) In para 9 ( e ) of Annexure I, delete the words " and certificate " ; and (c) In Clause 2 ( iii ) of the I.T O's Certificate under Annexure I , delete the words " and certificate" .
