New Delhi , the 10th February 1966
G.S.R. 239.- Whereas the Central Government is of opinion that in the interests of the public safety and tranquillity it is necessary so to do:
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( b ) of sub- section ( 1 ) of section 6 of the Aircraft Act , 1934 ( 22 of 1934) the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following amendment to the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the late Ministry of Civil Aviation No. GSR 1299 dated the 6th September , 1965 , namely :-
In the said notification , after the words " any portion of India" , the following words shall he inserted , namely:-
" except with the permission of the Central Government and in accordance with the terms and conditions of such permission " ,
