NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 22nd February 1966
G.S.R. 288. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44 of the Food Corporations Act, 1964 ( 37 of 1964 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amendmend the Food Corporations Rules, 1965 , namely :-
1. These rules may be called the Food Corporations ( Fifth Amendment ) Rules , 1966.
2. In the Food Corporations Rules , 1965 ,-
( i) rule 5 shall be re - numbered as sub - rule ( 1 ) thereof and in the rule as so re - numbered , for the words " rent free accommodation , " the ree accommodation, words " rent free furnished accommodation " shall be substituted;
( il) after sub- rule ( 1 ) , the following sub - rule shall be inserted , namely :-
" ( 2 ) The Chairman shall be exempt from payment of charges for the use and consumption of water and electricity in respect of the said accommodation . "
