New Delhi , the 22nd February 1966
8.0. 540. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection ) Act , 1963 ( 22 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby nominates Shri P. C. Kapoor ,Kapoor, Dircctor -General , Technical Development, New Delhi, in place of Shri S. S. Kumar , Shri R.Shri R. Mahadevan , Deputy Adviser , Ministry of Finance , New Delhi , in place of Shri N. S. Pande and Shri I. D. Khanna, Deputy Secretary , Ministry of Food and Agriculture , New Delhi , in place of Shri F. C. Gera , as members of the Export Inspection Council and directs that the following amendments shall be made in the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of International Trade No. S.O. 3605 , dated the 30th December , 1963 , namely : ----
In the said notification , for items 6 , 9 and 12 , the following items shall respec- tively be substituted , namely :-
"6. Shri P. C. Kapoor , Director - General , Technical Development , Ministry of Supply and Technical Development , New Delhi . " ;
"9. Shri R. Mahadevan , Deputy Financial Adviser , Ministry of Finance, New Delhi. " ;
" 12. Shri I. D. Khanna, Deputy Secretary , Ministry of Food and Agricul- ture , New Delhi . "
